The German retail giant Metro Group is pulling its electronics brand Saturn off the Hungarian market in November. It will switch the stores to the Media Markt brand only, as both are part of Media-Saturn Holdings. Company officials expressed confidence the restructuring would go smoothly. After the transition, Media Markt will have a 20-percent share on the Hungarian electronics market, with 21 stores in the country. Media Markt has more than 230 stores in 12 European countries.
