ACE1, the investor of Galeria Solna underway in the city of Inowrocław, has started handing over space to its tenants. “Construction on Galeria Solna is on schedule,” said Tomasz Szewczyk, president of the ACE1 board. “We expect to complete the building’s shell in December, and the handing over of new retail units will continue.”
The 31,000 sqm shopping center, the first for the area, is expected to be completed by the second quarter of next year. The tenant list includes Tesco, which is taking 6,000 sqm and Nomi, which will be moving into 7,000 sqm as well as H&M, Reserved, Cropp Town, Mohito, House, Sinsay, Rossmann, Martes Sport and Avans.
