The Polish company Dajar Home & Garden signed a lease on 225 sqm of space at the Premier Outlet Center in Budapest. Cushman & Wakefield, the exclusive leasing agent for the shopping center, handled the transaction.
Viktória Szabó, commercial leader of C&W, said this agreement shows that foreign investors have not lost interest in the Hungarian outlet market. Meanwhile, Rudzik Tomasa, a representative for Dajar, said the company, a distributor of homewares and garden furniture, considers its Hungarian unit as a stepping stone in its European expansion.
