TK Development acquired a 5,350 ha plot in the city of Jelenia Góra from Redevco. The property, which includes a one-story Komfort shopping center, is located next to the developer’s Nowy Rynek retail project. Komfort offers 2,100 sqm of space and it is fully functional. Once completed, the 58,000 sqm Nowy Rynek shopping center will offer 24,000 of GLA in 115 retail units. TK Development hopes to connect the two shopping centers in the future.
