A new tenant has been signed on to the Europa Centralna retail project, currently underway in the city of Gliwice. Once opened, Saturn will be running a 3,600 sqm store in the shopping mall, which will be its 18th Polish outlet. The latest agreement increased the pre-let level in the project to over 70 percent. Saturn will join a group of tenants that include Castorama, Tesco Extra, Saturn, Jula, Jysk, RTV Euro AGD, Ski Team, Smyk, Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, H&M, KappAhl, Cubus, Lindex, Empik, CCC, Solar, Promod, Home&You. The shopping mall is said to cost more than EU 150m.
