A year before its official opening, the shopping center Atrium Felicity is 73 percent leased. The news was revealed by Atrium European RE, the project’s investor, during a cornerstone laying ceremony for the scheme. The center should be 85 percent leased by the end of the year, with the brand Douglas having signed on for the project recently as well. The company’s representatives said they expect to fill the projects before it opens next year. The mall has broke the ground last August, in downtown Lublin, on Witosa Street. The facility is to be made up of two buildings totaling 74,000 sqm, to be filled by 135 stores along parking for 3,100 vehicles.
