Three new stores are set to open in the expanded part of Wzgórze mall, now underway in the Poland’s Pomorze region. The cosmetic brand Inglot agreed to take 67 sqm, while Bergson signed on for a 62 sqm store and Bea Świat Torebe took 42 sqm. Pre-leasing on the mall extension has reached 85 percent. Once completed, the mall will have an additional 270 retail units, totalling 70,000 sqm.
The newly signed tenants will join a growing list, which includes Real, Inditex, LPP i Grupa Alshaya, H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Kino Helios, Smyk, Empik, Simple, Orsay, Superpharm, Sephora, Douglas, Drogeria Natura and Rossman.
Mayland Real Estate is overseeing the expansion. The developer has delivered a number of malls to the regional market, including Karolinka in Opolu, Pogoria in Dąbrowa and Jantar in Słupsk.
