Carrefour signed a pre-lease agreement with Echo Investment on 8,500 sqm in Korona Mall, which will break ground in the city of Brasov in the first half of next year.
Korona Mall, which will include 35,000 sqm in its first phase, will be built on the site of the former Fartec factory, which was bought in 2007 for €24m. This is to be Echo Investment’s first shopping mall investment in the country.
