The Polish developer Rank Progress is planning to expand its shopping center in the the city of Grudziąćm by 5,500 sqm. The Polish builder Mirbud will oversee construction of the retail center’s expansion as well as upgrades on the surrounding road infrastructure. The contract is reportedly worth PLN 9m. Rank Progress has already leased 90 percent of the extended space, and tenants will include Praktiker and Carrefour. The extension work should be completed by next year.
