A new shopping center by Gemini Holdings is set to break the ground in the city of Tychy in two years. The company recently announced its 2014-2016 investment plans, which, in addition to a new Gemini Park in Tychy, also include projects set to break ground in Zakopane, Kraków and Zabrze. Although no further details were disclosed, the company is reportedly only considering prime locations for its upcoming projects.
“We are now thinking 40,000 sqm of space will be delivered in the Tychy’s project first phase,” said Krzysztof Gaweł of GREM Gemini Real Estate Management. “The mall will be further expanded to 65,000 sqm, which is the total amount of space planned for the entire project.”
