3 October 2012

Portico Investment has expanded its Polish retail portfolio, having just acquired a new retail park of the Upper Silesia region. The property, located in the city of Racibórz, was delivered by the developer ZRB Kampka this August, bringing a total of 4,000 sqm of space to the local market. The project is Portico’s 11th in Poland and its fifth deal on the regional market since the beginning of the year. The tenant list includes a Biedronka grocery store as well as Hebe, KIiK NKD, and Neonet.
“We’ve been working with the local developer on this project since groundbreaking. The finalization of the deal demonstrates that close cooperation and patience are reworded on the market” said Robert Herman, head of Portico’s acquisition department.
