Peakside Polonia Management secured €106m in re-financing from Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank for its outlet projects across Poland this week. Peakside Polonia is working on three Fashion House Outlet Centres located in Warsaw, Sosnowiec and Gdańsk. The projects are being carried out in the framework of of Polonia Property Fund II. “Securing the financing for the Polonia II fund will help to develop our platform in Poland and to start introducing the plans we have for the centers, as well as to complete them sooner,” said Stefan Aumann, partner and founder of Peakside.
Each Fashion House center have a total of 17,000 sqm of leasable space, offering up to 120 stores.
