Master Management Group plans to build a 16,250 sqm retail project in the city of Ełk. It just signed a final agreement with the city on a 1.85 ha plot at the corner of Dąbrowskiego i Kościuszki streets. “I’m very pleased that after long talks we managed to close the purchase of this prime plot, located in the city centre of Ełk,” said Paul Kusmierz, head of Master Management Group. The talks with the potential tenants are reportedly already underway.
