Globe Trade Centre is preparing to start work on two new projects in the second half of 2013 in Warsaw’s Wilanów and Białołęka districts. “These are the prime locations, with no competitive projects whatsoever,” observed Karina Kreja from CBRE. “That’s why tenants await their completion, as the demand for the retail space in the area is two times higher than then the supply in the area.”
Meanwhile the GTC supervisory board released new preventative measures this week, as it prepares for the next chapter of the European financial crisis. ”We must be prepared for the crisis, though I do hope it will not come,” said Alain Ickovic, head of GTC’s supervisory board. “In the half of 2013, financial results for the company should improve.”
