The consortium of ECI Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne and New City Postępu II secured prime plots in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, by acquiring an 85-percent stake in the state-owned elevator manufacturer WFD Translift. Having been active in the regional market for the last 60 years, the company owns considerable property in the capital, which is now part of ECI’s expanding Polish portfolio.
