Multi Development Poland signed a pre-purchase agreement on a 3ha plot of land it needs to expand its mixed-use complex Forum Rodunia in Gdańsk to 60,000 sqm. The project is underway near the Targi Siennego i Rakowy area and is expected to become a new focal point for the city’s center. “We’re very pleased with the fact that after long talks, we finally managed to finalize the agreement, which is a win-win deal,” said Tomasz Matusiak, director of Multi Development Poland.
The project will go up on a 5.5ha plot in two phases. The first phase is set for completion in 2016. The whole complex should be finished by 2020.
