The multimedia company Avans signed a lease on 1,000 sqm of space in the Galeria Solna shopping mall, which is scheduled to open in the city of Innowrocałw in the second quarter of 2013. This will be Avans’ second store in the city. “The research shows there’s still room for a new store on this local market,” said Sławomir Tomala, vice-president of OpenMedia, which owns the Avans brand.
Galeria Solna will deliver a total of 31,000 sqm of new retail space to the local market. THe mall’s other tenants include Tesco (6,000 sqm), DIY store NOMI (7,000 sqm) and the clothing brand H&M.
