Development and investment company BCD Group continues with the preparation of its project located at the southwest outskirts of the town of Aš, next to the German border. The town of Aš has approved urban studies, documentation is being prepared for the zoning and planning permit. An extensive complex containing health-care facilities, residential blocks, hotels, convention centre, casino, technology park and office buildings will proceed in two phases on an area of more than 70 hectares during period 2013 – 2020. The project will be also presented by BCD Group on the international scene, at Expo Real Trade Fair in Munich this October.
