Hungarian real estate developer TriGranit signed a contract with the city of Putien in southeastern China to build a new city and leisure center. The 500,000 sqm investment will cost $300m. The new city center will include offices, flats, cultural and commercial units. This will be the first Chinese development for the Hungarian developer, which is looking primarily outside its home borders for new projects at the moment.
