Atrium Poland Real Estate Management signed a lease agreement with DIY store Leroy Marlin, which will take 12,500 sqm at the Atrium Felicity shopping center. The 75,000 sqm project, currently underway in Lublin, is now 71 percent leased. Retailers that have signed leases on the project include H&M, Zara, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Zara Home, Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp, New Yorker and Cubus.
