Raiffeisenbank has agreed to finance Centrum Krakov, a shopping center the developer Syner has been building in Prague 8 Bohnice. From a formal standpoint, the bank granted the CZK 500m loan to the investor, Centrum Krakov, an SPV with C Group holding listed as a majority shareholder. The general contractor Syner is part of the holding as well. The rest of the shares belong to a private investor named Karel Zetka, writes the property server Stavební forum. The shopping center has been under construction since the spring and is scheduled for completion in autumn 2013. It should offer 14,000 sqm of retail space. The center should focus on services and local retailers.
