Swedish fashion retailer H&M will open this autumn its 17th local store in Sibiu. Located on the ground of the Shopping City Sibiu center, the store will cover 1,554 sqm. The leasing of the space was mediated by real estate consultant DTZ Echinox.
At present H&M runs 17 stores in Romania, six of which are in Bucharest. The other locations are in Brasov, Cluj, Timisoara, Oradea, Constanta, Arad, Craiova, Braila, Iasi, Suceava and Sibiu. The first local H&M store was opened last year in March in AFI Palace Cotroceni.
Part of the portfolio of the British investor Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund, Shopping City Sibiu was opened in 2006 and has a sales area of 80,000 sqm.
