Cushman & Wakefield has been named the the manager of the IGY business centre in Ceske Budejovice. It’s the largest shopping center in the South Bohemian Region and also includes offices, and the 3rd business center C&W has taken over from its competitors in the past year.
“We will prepare several changes in co-operation with the property owner, focusing primarily on making the shopping centre experience more pleasant and on establishing a deeper connection between the centre and the life of people in and around Ceske Budejovice. IGY has a great potential for becoming a centre with relevance that reaches beyond its region, and we want to tap its potential,” says Ondřej Fukal, Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Property Management Team.
