Titan store from Bucharest will be modernized to €4m

The Titan store in Bucharest will be consolidated, modernized and the sales area will be expanded to 3,500 sqm, said George Paica, commercial director of Titan Shopping Center, the company that owns the shopping center.
The result of the project will be a 13,500 sqm mall, 3,500 sqm more than at present, after an investment of €4m. The work began on July 1, and the project will be completed in two stages.

The ground floor, along with the two above it, will be renovated by December 1, while the second stage, which requires upgrading floors 3, 4 and 5, will be completed by April 1, 2013.

The ground floor of the shopping center will have a 1,000 sqm food market, along with a 700 sqm Mega Image supermarket. The first floor above it would then will be dedicated exclusively to fashion, while level 2 is to offer a food court with cafes, a restaurant and fast-food restaurants.

In the second phase of work, Level 3 would be arranged as a sports center with 1,500 sqm, some form of entertainment is to be created for the fourth level and the fifth floor is to have a summer terrace.
