8 August 2012

The Czech property company CPI is expanding its retail portfolio with the addition of three retail parks. A fully leased, 22,000 sqm shopping center with ten retail units will open in Trutnov in November, anchored by a Tesco hypermarket. The rest of the units has been taken by a standard retail park “co-retailers” such as Elektro Planeo, Hervis sport, JYSK, Dráčik, dm drogerie, New Yorker, Gate and CCC Boty. A second phase is currently under construction at the retail park in Třinec, which will add five units to the park. The park is fully leased to brands such as Tesco, Okay, JYSK, Reno, Kik, Sportisima, Takko, Deichman and Gate. In Pelhřimov, CPI plans to start construction on a six-unit retail park this autumn.
