After implementing a four-star policy for all of its malls across Poland, Unibail-Rodamco is now at work to increase the value of Galeria Mokotów in Warsaw. The construction work to extend Galeria Mokotów kicked off in Warsaw this week. The extended part of the mall was designed by Sud Architectes, the architectural office responsible for the impressive Manufaktura mall in Łódź. There’s an additional 3,500 sqm of new space planned to be developed with the extension and another 1,500 sqm to be revitalized on the first floor of the existing mall. Work is expected to be completed in May 2013.
