Retailers Ryłko and Atlantis extended their leases agreements at Focus Mall Rybnik. Ryłko, scheduled to open in September, also expanded its first-floor shoe store by an additional 40 sqm to 140 sqm. Meanwhile the company Atlantis, which celebrated its grand opening last Friday, simply extended its lease agreement. The 68 sqm Atlantis store is also on the first floor. Both transactions were secured by CBRE.
