GTC plans to start construction on two new shopping centers in Warsaw next year in an effort to tap into a growing market sector.
“The situation on the retail market is stable at the moment, resulting from Poles’ shopping customs,” says Wachowicz. “We expect the trend will continue over the coming months, though the level of the consumers demand will be crucial, regarding the macroeconomic situation in Poland and Europe,” said Jacek Wachowicz, leasing and sale director for the GTC board.
