nter IKEA Centre Group Poland signed Tesco to be one of the anchor tenants at its new shopping center in Lublin. Tesco will occupy 11,000 sqm of space at IKEA’s facility, which will be its second store in the city. Tesco leased a 15-year lease with IKEA. Construction on the 29ha plot will begin next year. The 80,000 sqm project will offer 150 retail and service units after its completion. The shopping center, a reported PLN 650m investment, is scheduled to open in 2014.
