BBH hits Polish investment market

The American financial advisor Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) will open it first Polish office in Kraków, adding 300 new jobs to the local labor market. BBH is the third foreign investment provider to target Poland, following in the footsteps of Franklin Templeton and Credit Suisse. ”We’re looking for both, experienced employees and the graduates. All of the new employees would have to trained,” said Michael McDonald, managing director of BBH in Poland. BBH will open its office in the Buma Square Business Park. The company plans to initially operate the office for two years and will consider further expansion if successful. BBH is currently active in five business divisions: corporate banking, investments management, advising on mergers and acquisitions, asset management, investment services and financial markets.
