A new shopping centre is planned for Warsaw’s Białołęka district, called Galeria Lewandów. The new centre is to be developed in the area of ongoing Konik Polny estate, by the developer Dolcan, and it is expected to provide 1,200 of new retail space to the local property market. The entire ground floor is to be taken by an agro-food market, with 11 separate stores planned for the first floor of the facility. Garage parking is planned for 60 vehicles. It’s the second retail investment by Dolcan in Warsaw, after Galerias Łodygowa shopping centre that will provide 9,300 sqm of space to the market.
