Tenants move into Europa Centralna mall

Helical Poland begin handing over retail units in its biggest Polish investment so far, Centrum Europa mall. Providing 67,00 sqm of new retail space, the shopping mall is to be introduced to the Silesia property market this fall. Around 70 percent of the space in the mall is already leased, with the facility’s key tenant, a Castorama DIY store, on board for 9,400 sqm. The list of tenants already signed up for the space at the mall also includes Tesco Extra, Saturn, Jula, Jysk, RTV Euro AGD, Ski Team, Smyk, Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, New Yorker, H&M, KappAhl, Cubus, Lindex, Empik, CCC, Solar and Promod. The Polish construction company Polimex-Mostostal has been running the construction of the investment, that was said to cost more than EU 150M
