Echo Investment is moving forward with the leasing process of its Outlet Park Szczecin having already filled 90 percent of the project. The list of tenants already signed for the scheme includes Helios, Piotr i Paweł, and a Smyk Mega Store. The completion works are now underway on the project’s first phase, that’s planned to offer 70 retail units, with another 60 stores planned to be added with the project’s second stage. The grand opening Echo’s outlet centre is scheduled at September 13, after an occupancy permit will be issued by the end of August.
