Billa Romania is opening its first store in Tirgu-Mures, bringing its network of stores to 64 on the Romanian market.
The new store is located on Boulevard 1848 and has a sales area of 840 sqm.
Billa network, with Merkur, Penny, Bipa and Adega, is operated by the Austrian company REWE International AG, which has a total of 72,000 employees working in about 3,600 stores. In 2010, the company’s turnover was €11.84bn.
Billa is present in Romania since 1999.
