CBRE represented a group of private Austrian investors in the disposal of Metronom East development site located in Nove Butovice in Prague 5 to the Slovak development company HB Reavis. The 11,500 sq m site is zoned for the development of ca. 34,000 sq m of office space and benefits from a direct access to the metro station Nove Butovice.
The project assumes floor plates of over 4,000 sq m deliverable with a BREEAM category Very Good. An ancillary site referred to as Metronom West is zoned for residential development and is, as well, currently being marketed by CBRE.
