Construction work on Korolkowa Business Park is moving ahead, with the investor Ablon group announcing that the completion date is now set for October 2013. The central Warsaw scheme near the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station will offer nearly 17,500 sqm of office and retail space. Korolkowa is planned to qualify for a BREAM certificate in the near-term, the investor has revealed. Established in 1993, Ablon Group is active also in retail, warehouse and the hotel sectors.
