A new lease agreement was signed in Łódź this month, with the Ottima trade company taking space at the Ptak Outlet project, currently under development near an existing Ptak shopping center. Thanks to the agreement, two new clothing brands are to move into Ptak Outlet, which are Lavard and Lanser. Ottima has joins a list of tenants that includes Tommy Hilfiger, Vero Moda, Big Star, Gatta, Gabor, City Sport Nike and Converse. Ptak Outlet projects is set for completion this October and is expected to provide 27,000 sqm of new retail space to the local market.
