Thirteen stores have been re-leased in Silesia City Centre since the beginning of 2012, with Betty Barclay at the top of a long list of the new tenants signed up for the mall, followed by Hos&me, Lavard and Feel The Chill. The most recent lease was signed with LC WAIKIKI fashion brand, Rage Age and Play that are scheduled to open their units in the mall no later than June. In all, 1,900 sqm of space has been re-leased.
“We’ve been carrying out the re-commercialization since the extension began. Some of the tenants, such as Diverse and SMYK, moved their store to the new part of the mall, while extending their leases,” says Ilona Szafer from Silesia City Centre leasing department.
