The real estate arm of Polish State Railways (PKP), PKP Niercuchomości, is now proceeding with a project it plans to develop in the city of Warsaw. It’s currently seeking the necessary environmental permits for the 38,000 sqm mixed-use complex it plans to build on a 14ha plot of land on Wysockiego Street. PKP Nieruchomości has selected Sol-Ar architectural office to develop the design project.
