Portland Trust, the British development company, will develop a business park on a plot of 20,000 sqm, in Pipera, in northern Bucharest.
Portland Trust, which has made three office projects in Bucharest, bought the land at the junction of Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard and Pipera Boulevard from George Becali, financer of Steaua Bucharest at the end of 2010.
Bog’Art construction company has been selected as the general contractor for what’s estimated to be a €60m to €70m project, is slated for completion in 2014.
