Following an extension to the mall completed just last October, Silesia City Center is now planning to be enlarged once more this year, according to Manfred Wiltschnigg, a board member at Immofinanz Group. He made the revelation during this year’s European Economic Congress, held in the city of Katowice last week. The project will bring an additional 40,000 sqm of space to the local retail market, for which Immofinanz claims there is a long list of tenants currently waiting for space. Silesia City Center is one of our most attractive assets, with a great potential for the future growth,” says Wiltschnigg.
