Max mall put up for sale in Hrubieszów

Cushman & Wakefield is in charge of the disposal of the Max shopping mall for its owner, the Ardom company. Located in the city of Hrubieszów, the retail facility is the biggest investment developed in the region providing 4,426 sqm of leasable area to the local market, with an additional 847 sqm of retail space provided by adjusted units. Delivered in 2000, the mall is now fully let to 23 tenants, with anchors like Carrefour, Meblohurt, Meble Bodzio and Ambra. Current planning allows for the the mall to grow by an additional 7,100 sqm.
