The Hungarian National Savings bank (OTP) has started a new real estate agency, called OTP Ingatlanpont, with the intention of making it an important player on the country’s property market. OTP’s goal in establishing the company is to help its clients’ in buying or selling real estate by leveraging some of the background information and general knowledge of the market contained with the OTP Group. According to György Kosztolánczy, director of OTP Ingatlanpont, the new company’s biggest advantage is its ability to offer properties that are not generally available elsewhere, and combine this with an extremely favorable credit system.
