Caelum Development and Futureal have disclosed that the grand opening of the NovaPark shopping mall will take place on April 18 in the city of Gorzów Wielkopolski. The long-awaited investment will produce the biggest retail facility in the Lubuskie region, and it is expected to deliver 32,000 sqm of the new retail space to the local property market. A month before opening, the project is 87 percent leased, with brands such as H&M, C&A, KappAhl, KFC, Cubus, Lavard, Bijou Brigitte, Reporter, Media Experb already signed up for the project.
