Having begun the process of selling off assets it controls with an offer of two plots of land, the Autonomous Administration of State Patrimony (RAAPPS) has auctioned off one of them successfuly. It put a 1,300 sqm plot in Snagov, near Bucharest, on auction and a single bidder managed to buy it for the starting price of €107,500.
No offers were made for the second, larger plot. Three potential buyers took part in the auction, but only one bid was made. The RAAPPS auctions will continue with the sale of further assets, including five apartments in Bucharest, an agricultural complex near the capital called Magurele, the Gloria Hotel in Suceava, the Dacia Hotel in Neptun-Olimp and others.
