1 July 2024

Panattoni has reached a significant milestone in developing its flagship project, the Wrocław South Logistics Hub. A leading e-commerce operator, already a tenant, is expanding its leased space by an additional 125,000 sqm. This expansion will bring the tenant’s total occupied space to 180,000 sqm, accounting for 70% of the park’s planned total area.

The new contract includes leasing Hall B (91,000 sqm) and Hall C (34,000 sqm) from November, increasing the tenant’s presence from 55,000 sqm to nearly 180,000 sqm. The new facility will feature advanced automated systems for e-commerce warehousing and will pursue a BREEAM Excellent environmental certification.

“Our tenant’s expansion in Wrocław South Logistics Hub highlights the Lower Silesian region’s strong position as a logistics center in Europe. We are proud to support the growth of major global brands by providing high-standard, strategically located spaces,” says Damian Kowalczyk, Development Director at Panattoni.

Located in Magnice, 15 km from Wrocław, near the S8 expressway and A4 motorway, the hub offers optimal conditions for logistics and distribution operations across Poland and Europe. The strategic location allows deliveries to the Czech and German borders within two hours, benefiting e-commerce and logistics companies.

“Collaborating with our clients at Wrocław South Logistics Hub demonstrates that investing in high-quality, flexible logistics spaces yields long-term results and boosts the local economy and job market,” adds Kowalczyk.

Panattoni has delivered over 2.1 million sqm in the Lower Silesian region and has an additional 168,500 sqm under construction, making it the leading developer in this strategic area.
