Union Investment has let around 2,573 m² of office space at Frankfurt’s Theodor-Heuss-Allee 106, or THEO 106 for short, to the state of Hesse. A campus of the Hochschule für Finanzen und Rechtspflege will open there from August this year, where tax administration graduates will be trained. The office building has been part of the portfolio of a Union Investment special fund since 2002.
“We are very pleased about the good cooperation with the state of Hesse. Public sector users provide additional stability for our property portfolio,” says Sven Lintl, Head of Asset Management Germany at Union Investment.
Theo 106 is located in the western city centre of Frankfurt am Main, close to the internationally renowned Frankfurt Trade Fair. With the two motorways B44 and A648 directly in front of the building, Theo 106 is optimally connected to private car traffic. Public transport stops are also within easy reach.
