Logistics operator LX Pantos has signed a contract for the lease of 100,000 sqm of space in the Prime Logistics Wrocław warehouse park as part of the renegotiation of the ongoing contract and expansion to the new building. This is the largest transaction on the warehouse space market in Poland, said Cushman&Wakefield, which represented LX Pantos in the negotiations process. The owner of Prime Logistics Wrocław, Brookfield Properties, was advised by CBRE experts.
“This is the largest lease agreement signed this year on the warehouse market in Poland and one of the largest in the last several months. The warehouse sector is currently heading towards stabilization, which means less spectacular, tens of thousands of square meters of transactions, to which we have been accustomed to in recent years. At the same time, however, the domestic market remains the most attractive in the entire CEE region, which attracts such significant entities to Poland, such as LX Pantos. For this particular transaction, the location was crucial, which provides excellent communication within the LX Pantos customer supply chain,” commented the Head of Industrial & Logistics Agency Poland, of E-Commerce CEE head at C&W Damian Kołata.
Prime Logistics Wrocław is a warehouse park completed in 2020 offering spaces with a total area of 98,700 m2. The project is located right next to the Pietrzykowice junction, where the A4 motorway with the A8 ring road is intersect.
LX Pantos is a company founded in 1977 offering optimized logistics services for customers from all over the world.
