Lidl Polska will open a store in Przystanek Karkonosze retail park

A store of Lidl Polska chain will be the grocery operator in the newly built facility being developed by REDKOM Development.

REDKOM has finalized the purchase of the real estate intended for the development of the Przystanek Karkonosze retail park. The new shopping complex, with an area of approximately 16,000 sqm, will be located in Miłków, a suburb of Karpacz.

Thanks to direct proximity to routes leading to Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba and Jelenia Góra, retail park will be an exceptionally attractive destination for thousands of residents of the surrounding villages and towns as well as numerous tourists visiting the region every year.

Lidl Poland meets the needs and shopping habits of Poles, providing high-quality items at attractive, low prices, sustainably produced. There are currently more than 12,000 stores of the brand in 31 countries, and more than 850 in Poland.

Przystanek Karkonosze is scheduled to open in Q3 of 2025. In addition to the Lidl Polska store, the project provides for approximately 30 retail and service points of sales, including fashion shops, a drive-thru restaurant and 400 parking spaces. The facility, will be another retail park in REDKOM’s portfolio.

REDKOM Development opened two attractive retail complexes in 2023 – Ozimska Park in Opole and Park Glinianka in Łubna near Warsaw. Their total retail space is more than 27,000 GLA.

REDKOM Development is cooperating with Mallson Polska on the commercialization of Przystanek Karkonosze.
