The Hebe drugstore has joined the group of tenants of the Futura retail park in Krakow, which together with the FACTORY outlet creates one of the most popular shopping zones in the region. The centre is currently 100 per cent leased. It is managed by NEINVER, an industry-leading company specialising in commercial and logistics property investments, retail development and management.

Last year, Kraków’s Futura Park was visited by nearly 4 million customers. The facility’s portfolio includes 26 shops, service outlets and restaurants. The Hebe drugstore occupied an area of 309 sq.m., completing its category offer alongside Douglas and SuperPharm perfumery.

“Futura Park is a project that has perfectly matched the needs of customers thanks to its location, attractive tenant portfolio and integral connection with the Factory Krakow outlet. This is reflected not only in the increasing number of visitors to the project, but also in the high level of interest among potential tenants. We are also pleased that our current business partners want to continue their cooperation in this project by extending their lease agreements. We consider it our success to have achieved 100% commercialisation by the end of 2023 precisely thanks to the introduction of the Hebe drugstore. Our strategy is to maintain this level of occupancy while making the tenants’ offer more attractive,” says Izabela Sekrecka, Leasing Manager at NEINVER, the manager of Futura Park Kraków.

As the brand’s representatives describe, Hebe is a chain of unique shops offering products for the health and beauty of every woman. Hebe’s assortment includes a wide range of exclusive brands in the categories of professional, Korean, natural or dermo. The drugstore is distinguished by its high quality of service, repeatedly awarded in competitions competitions and rankings.

The interiors of the new shop have been designed according to the brand’s latest concept, focusing on the comfort of shopping, with a clear display of the offer. With a shop window running along the entire premises, the Hebe drugstore in Futura Park Kraków has very good access to natural daylight.

“Futura Park Krakow is definitely the place of first choice for the region’s inhabitants and tourists heading to the mountain resorts of southern Poland. Last year, the centre recorded both an increase in turnover and in the number of visitors, confirming its established position on the commercial map of the region,” says Agnieszka Kasprzyk-Oleksy, Director of Futura Park and FACTORY Kraków. “In addition to stocking up on necessities at the grocery store or pharmacy, customers will find a range of popular brands in many product categories, a restaurant zone and service outlets. A magnet for shopping is also undoubtedly the connection to FACTORY Kraków, the most popular outlet in southern Poland,” she adds.

The brand portfolio of Futura Park Kraków includes, among others, the Biedronka grocery shop, RTV EURO AGD shop, Smyk MEGASTORE with an offer for children, Maxi Zoo, Martes Sport, as well as fashion shops: Sinsay, Carry, C&A and Half Price and footwear shops: CCC and Deichmann, as well as the already mentioned Douglas, SuperPharm and Hebe. The restaurant area features KFC, the LOVE IT pizzeria, Thai Express, Olimp or Berlin Döner Kebap.

Futura Park is located in Modlniczka near Kraków, in close proximity to the A4 motorway and many national roads. There are 1400 parking spaces and a charger for electric cars waiting for drivers. Access to the site is also provided by two special buses from the centre of Kraków.
